Kevin Taylor is an Industrial Chemist with over 35 years experience in the pulp & paper, oil & gas and mining industries. Pulp and paper expertise includes recaust chemistry, reduction of lime kiln ring formation, non-process element chemistry,  improved pressure filter performance, scale control and specialized analytical chemistry.  Mining expertise includes purchased lime/limestone/talc quality control,  zinc electrolyte purification and Betts process troubleshooting.  Oil and gas expertise includes acid stimulation, formation damage and conformance control. Kevin has 2 US patents and over 40 publications. He holds B.Sc. (UVIC) and M.Sc. (UOttawa) degrees in chemistry, is a visiting scientist at the UVIC Chemistry Department, former vice-president of the Association of the Chemical Profession of BC, and owner of Taylor Industrial Research Inc.
